Recognize Your Patterns. Read Their Signals. Create Conversations That Connect.

A live, 2 1/2 hour workshop

Why do you click instantly with some people—while talking to others feels like work?

Why does one person need every detail before deciding, while another just wants the bottom line?

Why do you agonize over some decisions and make others in an instant?

Why can a conversation that's going well suddenly shift, and you're not sure what happened?

There's more information in those moments than you might realize. The more you understand your own patterns—and the better you get at reading other people's—the more intentionally you can communicate. That shows up everywhere: sales, leadership, client relationships, networking, collaboration, and everyday conversations.

What You’ll Explore

Using DISC and Motivators assessments, we'll look at both sides of communication: what you bring to it, and what the other person is already showing you.

You'll learn:

  • Your natural behavioral and communication patterns—and how others experience them

  • What motivates you and shapes how you approach decisions and situations

  • The four DISC behavioral styles and their observable traits

  • How to read verbal and non-verbal cues in the people around you

  • How different styles approach information, decisions, risk, and change

  • How to adapt your communication to the person in front of you—without changing who you are

  • How to apply all of this to sales, leadership, client relationships, networking, and difficult conversations

It Starts With Self-Awareness

When I first learned DISC, it explained things about myself I'd wondered about for years—like why I could procrastinate endlessly on one decision and make another completely on the spot.

It was a full "Ohhh. So THAT'S why I do that." moment.

But understanding yourself is only half of it. Once you know what to look for, you start noticing behavioral patterns in others—through their words, pace, tone, questions, and reactions. Instead of assuming everyone thinks and decides the way you do, you learn to actually watch the person in front of you.

That changes the conversation.

DISC Measures Behavior—Not Personality

DISC gets called a personality assessment, but that's not quite right. It measures observable patterns—how you communicate, solve problems, respond to your environment, and interact with others. Personality is broader, and includes plenty DISC was never built to measure.

Your Motivators assessment adds another layer, revealing some of the internal drivers behind your choices.

Together, they give you a practical framework for understanding yourself—and becoming more perceptive about the people around you.

And Because Your Wiring Is Personal...

Your assessment can tell us much more than we’ll have time to explore in a group workshop.

That’s why your registration also includes an optional private 30-minute assessment session with me.

We’ll look more closely at your individual DISC and Motivators results, explore the patterns that stand out, and talk about how they may be showing up in your work, communication, relationships, or decision-making.

Bring your questions. This is your opportunity to make the assessment personal—and practical.

Your private 30-minute session is included with your workshop registration.
