One of my favorite things in life is having coffee with friends and talking about everything under the sun: adventures, career changes, relationships, getting older, new chapters, and a few things I can’t mention here. We laugh until our sides hurt, and sometimes we shed a few tears.
Somewhere in those conversations, I often find myself sharing a bit of wisdom or an uplifting message that I intuitively know someone needs to hear. Sometimes it eases their stress. Sometimes it helps them find their path or reconnect with their inner power. And sometimes I just tell a story that made me laugh, or made me think.
This blog is my virtual version of those coffee dates. I hope you’ll find a nugget or two to take with you, see the world a little differently for a moment, or simply get a little light and laughter in your day. Most of all, I hope it inspires you to find your focus and live a life that lights you up.
