The Heart Knows

In November 2020, I was doing some automatic writing (automatic writing is a form of channeling) and started receiving downloads that I was told to share with the world--that people needed to hear these words. It was that quiet time when we were all isolated...(who could forget that time?) Some people started singing, some started making sourdough...I started channeling messages and talking to spirit guides. And wondering why I was seeing 444 everywhere--even on the package of chicken I picked up from the grocery store.

The messages started arriving over Thanksgiving week and for four straight days I was totally focused on receiving and writing down what I was being given.

If you've ever tried to tap into your own intuitive abilities, sometimes you wonder if you're just making it up. But the messages came so quickly and were so profound. And what convinced me that I wasn't making this up in my own head was that the sentence structure--and even some of the words that were used--was not my normal vocabulary. This message still sits with me when I asked, "Where is this coming from and why now?"

"...only now are you ready to accept freely this gift, this intelligence, this alchemy of all there is. Your time is now. The wisdom of a thousand ages is before you, to help you, to be with you...trust in the knowing. Trust in your heart."

That message wasn't just meant for me, it was meant for all.

So I compiled these messages (about 30 of them), not knowing what to do with them. I thought it would be a book, but it never felt quite right. I knew that artwork had to be part of the message, that people needed to also be able to see and feel the essence behind the words. But I couldn't do it. Using my own photography felt....limited. Technology has finally caught up with me and I'm using AI-assisted artwork to co-create the images that accompany these words of wisdom.

Only now do I feel ready to share them.

I'm still receiving messages, but not quite in the outpouring that I received that week. (I considered that week sort of like fire-hose training--my initiation in learning how to more fully receive!)

Divine Guidance. Channeled Wisdom. Inspiration. Motivation. Reflection. Call it whatever you want...

It was an extraordinary few days.
