One of my favorite ways to enjoy life is having coffee with friends and chatting about everything under the sun. We talk about adventures; career changes; relationships; life events; getting older; and some things that I can’t mention here…. We talk about choices and new chapters. We laugh til our sides hurt and we sometimes shed a few tears. During the course of conversation I find myself dishing out pieces of wisdom and uplifting messages I intuitively know people need to hear to help lessen their stress and anxiety, or to help them find their right path and inner power. I also like to share images I’ve taken and stories that go along with them. So this blog is a virtual form of having coffee and conversation and I hope you’ll glean some nuggets to take with you or maybe find a new way of looking at the world for a moment. Or just inject a little light and laughter into your day. And hopefully be inspired to find your focus and live a life that lights you up!
