Enjoy the Afternoon

I've been a follower of Dr. Wayne Dyer for several years.  With his recent passing, I've been re-reading his works, listening to his audiobooks, and watched his wonderful movie, "The Shift."  It's been a good opportunity to really contemplate his lessons and put new things into practice.  I realize that I'm moving into the "afternoon" of my life as he describes it--that time when your thoughts and actions start moving from the youthful, ego-driven, possession-filled existence to a more contemplative, service-centered life based on discovering your purpose and using your true talents.  It's a calmer time, and I'm finding it a wonderful place to be--a world of grace, gratitude, and positivity filled with richer thoughts and actions.

I encourage everyone to take time to examine where you are and where you really want to be.  As Dr. Wayne says, it's a "shift" and one that anyone can make.  Start moving from the morning of your life and enjoy the afternoon.
