The Universe is Always Working in Your Favor

Have you had a hard day? A hard week? A difficult year? Are you struggling because of changes that have happened in your life? Do you feel a bit lost and alone?

Last year I wrote about The Road Alone. I've also written posts about The Quiet Times. These are the times when you're walking your path all by yourself. It's just you. And maybe you're feeling stuck.

I wrote those posts to remind you that these alone periods are not really a bad thing. Think of them as quiet times and use them to reflect, re-build, and re-generate. Get in touch with your self and discover your strengths. Uncover your purpose. Play with your passions. Build your boundaries. Get into alignment and do more of what makes you happy. Practice saying no when you mean no, shift when you need to and say yes only when it deeply feels right.

And for goodness' sake, stop worrying about what other people will think!

No matter what you're going through, you have to trust that the universe is always working in your favor.

A few years ago I got let go from a job with a private company. Gasp!!! Prior to that I had walked away from a somewhat prestigious job to take the offer from the private company for better pay and better working conditions. Getting fired at my age was kind of a shock, but it turned out to be the best. thing. ever. It put me on a path of re-evaluating my priorities, changing things in my life, and learning to stand in my power--and today I'm enjoying much less stress and truly living a life that lights me up. What I came to realize is that the universe truly has your best interests in mind. When you're too stubborn or scared to make the necessary changes in your life, the universe will take action to get your attention. Ever experienced roadblocks or plot twists? That's the universe trying to re-direct you. (I had refused to see the signs or listen to my intuition. Now I know better.)

So if you're in a quiet time, an alone time, or on the cusp of making changes in your life...use this time to gather strength. You don't need to wait for the darkness to lift. You have the ability to be the light. There's always a spark inside. Ignite it. And trust that things will always work out in the best way possible for you.

And if you need a little lift, a little light, reach out!

Cheering for you!
