Be In Gratitude

Within the past week I’ve had several comments/questions about staying motivated, finding hope, and dealing with stress and anxiety. It’s definitely a reflection of what’s happening in our environment and the deep feelings this pandemic has brought forth. In my last post (Stepping Up or Starting Over), I shared my three foundational keys to help address these concerns, and these are the basis for my motivational talks and my coaching and training.

One of the three keys is to Be In Gratitude. Research shows that being in gratitude is one of the highest emotional states you can be in.

I thought this would be a good time to re-share this breathtaking and though-provoking “Gratitude” video by award-winning filmmaker Louie Schwartzberg. I hope you’ll take six minutes to watch and be instantly calmed and ready to re-set. Grab a cup of your favorite beverage, relax, turn up your speakers, and put this on full-screen. Then afterwards let me know how you feel.
